ElectronicsShowplace.com accepts returns on selected items for 30 days based on manufacturer return policies, after which the manufacturer will handle defective items directly. However, ElectronicsShowplace.com reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to ElectronicsShowplace.com on returned items. ElectronicsShowplace.com will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back to the customer. Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be replaced or refunded at ElectronicsShowplace.com’s discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have restrictive return policies. Due to manufacturers' policies, ElectronicsShowplace.com cannot accept items from some manufacturers for exchange, replacement or credit FOR ANY REASON. DEFECTIVE merchandise from these manufacturers can be returned for repair or replacement to the manufacturer directly or any authorized service center in your area. Additional manufacturers may be added as: manufacturer policies change, manufacturer goes out of business, or in the case of specially ordered items. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. A restocking fee of 15% is charged to all non-defective returns, except exchanges for an items or items of greater value. ElectronicsShowplace.com DOES NOT offer any type of price protection. All products returned MUST be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless we are taking a return on a damaged or defective item and no replacement being shipped. In the case of damaged or defective items that are not being replaced, the refund will be issued after the item has been tested and confirmed to be damaged or defective. ElectronicsShowplace.com strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in the case it is lost or damaged. You are responsible for the cost of the item until it is received by us. For your protection use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. If merchandise arrives damaged make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for ElectronicsShowplace.com to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in. Notify ElectronicsShowplace.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify ElectronicsShowplace.com of damaged goods within the first 5 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Email us at support@ElectronicsShowplace.com, or call 877-456-7510 to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. ElectronicsShowplace.com will promptly replace the damaged merchandise. If a product is refused or you cancel your order (after it's been shipped), a 3% handling fee will be deducted to help defer shipping costs incurred. Any item that is missing the UPC can will be refused. After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply. NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by ElectronicsShowplace.com within 30 days from the invoice date, RMA required. All software licenses are non-returnable. If an RMA # is generated and the license is shipped to us, you will not be credited and your package will be returned to you. No televisions, laptops, desktop computers, software or cell phones are returnable. Call us immediately at 877-456-7510 if your television has been damaged in shipping. We must be notified with 24 hours of receipt. We recommend that if your televison, laptop or desktop computer arrives with any visible damage on the carton to refuse the delivery and notify us at once. We will re-ship replacements promptly. Opened ink cartridges and toner are non-returnable. You will not be credited for return on these products. The packages will be returned to you. ElectronicsShowplace.com DOES require a signature on some packages. There are instances where UPS, FedEx or other carriers of choice will use their discretion and leave packages on porches and doorsteps. By accepting our policies, you also accept responsibility for packages left by the carrier. Tracking information is available at the “track package” link in the upper right corner of the page. You can use your tracking number to set up arrangements with these carriers if you do not want any packages left unattended. |
